Birthday Parties

On the day of your party, we aim to arrive at your chosen venue or home approx 15 minutes prior to your booking time (with you ensuring that there is sufficient space for VoJo’s Gaming Van)

Once the van has been set up and is secure, we open the doors, let everyone on, and then the gaming fun begins! Your child will feel like a superstar in our unique vehicle, and for your benefit, VoJo’s Gaming Van is excellent value for money and very convenient for you.

Our aim is to make sure your child has the best gaming party ever in a safe environment.
We will require a power source and access to your modem if our on board internet doesn’t have a strong enough signal due to location etc. 
 
We can accommodate up to 10 children aged 7-11 or up to 9 children aged 12+
 
There is no upper age limit so everyone can enjoy!
 
Included in the package;
  • 1 DBS checked member of staff
  • 6 x PlayStation 5’s (100+ games)
  • 2 x Xbox Series X with 2 driving simulator cockpits (40+ games)
  • 2 x Nintendo Switch OLED (30+ games)
  • 8 x 32″ QLED 4K screens for the ultimate graphic and gaming experience
  • Printable party invitations
 
We require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks before your party.
We cover a radius of 15 miles from our base in Hemel Hempstead, anything over this is subject to a surcharge

Weddings

After sitting patiently through the wedding ceremony, why not let your guests have some time out on VoJo’s Gaming Van!
 
Why not ask the wedding photographer to jump on and capture some shots of your guests enjoying playing one of our many games.
 
We will require a power source and access to your modem if our on board internet doesn’t have a strong enough signal due to location etc.

Schools

If you are looking for an end of term treat, graduation, fundraising events or an attraction to increase sales at the school summer or winter fair then we are the right choice for your school!  All of our staff have CRB/DBS checks.

VoJo’s Gaming Van staff wear branded polo shirts and sweatshirts so we are easy to identify.

Corporate Events

Organising big corporate events can always be a challenging time as you are never sure what the majority will like. Well, fear not! For all of your employees, VoJo’s Gaming Van is a must for your event! And we are confident as the organiser you will receive praise for booking such a unique experience! We can provide our Gaming Van for, marketing events, roadshows, pop-ups, new registration events and open days.
 
Our Gaming Van can also be provided for private businesses to use during events where families are involved.
All staff members have CRB/DBS checks.
